kathy   my guess would be the per/win.. low in potassium and you have to
give about 3 oz or more per dose.. we dont use nor sell perf/win
anymore..

i never used it for endurance.. only natrc ctr..
since i can now dose, i use abc ride rite for all the rides.

i am testing endura-max..
some riders did use it at biltmore -- i have not heard if anyone had
problems.. did read where some used it just fine..

for now my best recommendation is only abc ride rite and the paste lyte
and now..
