RE: Sick horses in Northern Nevada
Mary Anne, my horses became ill yesterday will a cough, yellow mucous out of his nose and a fever of 1.03.8. The vet determined it is some sort of bacterial infection, the white count was 10,000. I think we caught it in time. What were the sympstom of the other horses?
Regarding returning to conditioning, I'd check with your vet first.

Subject: Sick horses in Northern Nevada
Sorry for any worries for those of you in other regions of Nv
It was in norhtern Nv after the Washoe ride that a number of horses got
sick. My horse is doing better except she still has a cough. Can any one
suggest when I should start LSD on her and then how long before I can work
her harder???
Thank you
Mary Anne
