RE: High milage horses from the SW

The statistics on rides per region show the following:

CT	25
MW	75
MT	52
NE	30
NW	53
PS	19
SE	30
SW	50
W	53

If you just went on the number of rides in a region - you
would expect few  1K horses in CT, NE, and SE due to the 
smaller number of rides.

On the other hand - MW may be such a large area that even though 
a lot of rides - the travel distance is to far to take
advantage of all of them. 

PS + SW has 69 rides per year.

Many of the multi-day rides are easily accessible from the SW
even if in the PS, MT, or W regions - so that may explain 
why more from that region.
