Alberta manifest

Any one coming into Alberta remember to fill out your manifest. Have it
filled out completely date and all. They are stopping horse trailers and
wanting the manifest before they even look in the trailer. It is a $75
fine for no manifest or an incomplete one.
Just a cash grab like photo radar but obviously it works  because they
keep pulling more people over
