I am looking for a "horsey" roommate.  The house is HUGE and is on 48 acres (not all fenced, but enough IS fenced for several horses).  There is a 6 stall barn with hayloft.  Rommate can have 2-3 bedrooms, private bath, living area, 2 horse stalls and pasture.   There are 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, full basement with another 3/4 bath, 2.5 car garage with plenty of trailer parking, shop area in basement, tons of storage, two living areas (both with fireplaces), huge covered patio with a fireplace.  Sits on a hill above Forest Park (back gate butts up to Saltzman Lane entrance to Forest Park) with fantastic view.  No neighbors close.
