As Steph just pointed out to me - the site for TB is

unfortunately there is no address to reach anyone at the site.  the only contact
point I saw was a form to subscribe.  I wanted to do a change of address.

there is an e-mail address on the contents page of my latest TB - which is not with
me now.  check a prior issue for it.  something like TBlazer051@aol.com
