Hello RideCampers:

I'm de-lurking to express my appreciation to this list.  I've ridden
and owned horses for about 30 years, and I ride about 600-1000 miles a year,
although not in serious competition like most of you.
   I have been lucky enough in my life to have had afew knowledgable  horsemen to discuss some of the topics discussed 
frequently on this list.
   This list is a treasure.  I read in EN that RideCamp has 1000 subscribers.
I bet there's at least as many lurkers.
