plastic buckles/outdoor fabrics source

Dear Angie,

sometimes fabric stores carry assorted buckling hardware of that black tough
plastic type (Delrin nylon).  I know REI carries Ultimate packs, they would
have the address if you need it, they may also carry replacement hardware.  I
think they are www.rei.com

hardware as well as black nylon webbing and LOTS of outdoor fabrics:
