Ramey, I have to agree with Steph. I think too many people will be attending
the trade show, and awards presentations in the halls during the day will be
lost in the shuffle. A warm, but brisk-paced MOC would handle things to
advantage, I should think. Having evening dinners during which various awards
could be presented seems like the best idea.

I volunteer to present awards at a dinner if you like.  I don't tell jokes,
but I can pronounce names properly!  (PLEASE, no more foul jokes at our
dinners. There were many of us who were mortified, disgusted, and ashamed
during the Saturday awards dinner.)
