electrolyte cookies

Ruth, would you be willing to share your recipe for electrolyte cookies?
That sounds a lot easier and more fun to use than a syringe! I'm sure that
other ridecampers would like it too.

Had to pass up Derby Ditch - too cowardly (or smart) to want to haul over
the pass in the snow. Sure would like to hear the results though. Top ten
riders should be manning their computers soon.
