Transporting horses across state lines

There is a web site that has all the rules regarding horses for the various
states at http://www.law.utexas.edu/dawson/index.htm. There are three links
you need to follow:
Quarantine and Health Certificate Laws
Brand Laws
Equine Infectious Anemia Statutes and Regulations

You will need to know the rules for your own state, the one you are going
to, and any state you will be travelling through.
