Bravo, Steph, for your leadership. I'd like to suggest one further
"rule" (one which has been requested many times) -- please, please
urge folks not to repeat the entire body (or huge chunks) of the message
to which they are responding -- just clip a sentence or two if needed
for context. For those on the digest, it's really like wading through
mud, which endurance riders do enough of already!!
