RE: Pipeline



A utility company, ditch company, pipe company, etc. will frequently
buy a right of way across public and private property.  This right
of way is for the company and their employees only.  If you chose to
ride on the right of way, you must get permission from both the land
owner and the company.  Usually this is hard to do.
