I have the same problem, but only with my new OF saddle. I described two weeks ago in ridecamp, but till now didn't find THE solution. For me this is caused by the fact that my feet has to put some pressure in order to get the stirrups parallel to the horse axe and thisheas as result that my toe is rubbing on the edge of the stirrup.
I will definetly try a leather leather (sic...) this week-end.
