Thorn was just one of many I have seen.  The anterior enteritis is the problem
that seems to occur with Strongid C--worst case I ever saw was after Bandit
Springs a couple of years ago, and it spent a week at OSU before it was
salvageable.  Flashback to Kannanaskis...  Fortunately have gotten some of
them off of it in the anemia stage, without having crashes.
