Re: tents and campers



We have a Canadian made unit called a "Wildernest" that is fitted to the
back of our F250 longbed.  It looks like a cab-high shell, but the top
hinges off to one side and as you open it, it deploys into a wall tent. 
The fiberglass top ends up level, but cantilevered off to one side of
the truck, and the sleeping area is on top of that (double bed size.)

It wasn't cheap.  It ran us about $1800 back in '94, but it's been
wonderful for horse camping.  If you want more info, let me know.
