glue

Hi,
        Just a thought.  I once had to glue rubber back on a trailer wall.
I went down to
the auto parts store and told them what I needed.  They sold me 3m All purpose 
weather stripping adhesive.  It is what they use to actually glue the
weatherstripping on
the outside of cars, etc.  I used it on these 1/2 inch thick rubber pieces,
which were
very heavy, and it never came off.
