You got that right.  They are their own people and really do NOT
want to "share"..either their wealth or their country. At the
same time, however, they want the power and world recognition.

I really felt that the WEC was a "show" of their power (money)
and an attempt by buying the best horses they could to beat us at
our own game.  ALL the newspapers did and still are saying that
the UAE is bringing endurance riding back to it's origins. We
were (and are) being "used" in my book.


We know better, the arab horse came from the desert and is the
wonder he is because of their neglect of this animal.  Endurance
started HERE!!!

Money talks..to the extent that it corrupts.
