 What he means is that after seeing two very flashy, sound horses that were
also top ten, but finished hours later (time and weight was not counted) that
were showing for BC, it was decided not to put Jedi and Flikka through the
effort of BC showing as they were not 100% perfect, but still very able to
continue had they been at any vet check.
