About 10% protein, energy content comparable to other good quality grass
or cereal grain hays, quite high in calcium, and the calcium/phosphorus
ratio is good. Because the calcium is almost as high as alfalfa, I'd
personally prefer to feed it with another grass hay not quite so high in
calcium, other than that it looks pretty good.
