I have discovered that if I buy the gallon jugs of oil at someplace like
Gordon's Food Service (actually, we buy it in the 35 pound jugs and pour it into
gallon jugs), they also sell pumps which very neatly measure and dispense 1
ounce at a time!!  Very fast and very efficient and not much, if any, drips.  I
just got sick of pouring and spilling and measuring....
