I knew someone would catch me on that.  I would if I could find my October EN
which I think is the one that has it.  From memory 1 and 2 are the IRS
changes, 3 a & b are the changes that have to do with age of horse.  I can't
for the life of me remember what 4 is but I think 5 is the LD definition.  I
will look for it and clarify if I can find it.  Maryben
