How close was the vote on the LD By Laws change?  (It wouldn't be close
enough to call for a recount, would it?)

I can just see riding "endurance" for 5 miles!  Ah, yes....  He's got a
100 miles this year by doing 20 sanctioned five mile rides.  IS THIS
WHAT FOLKS AGREED TO!?!?!?
