The Nez Perce where given several Appy's to start a new breeding program,
by a a breeder. The Al Teke controversy started because they wanted to
cross with Appy's, and alot of people didn't think it was a great match. I
believe the original story was in Equus. Anyone have the back issues?, gave
mine away already.
