re: stall running/ track horses

Sounds like you are on the best track getting this horse out of the stall.
We bought horses off the track for years, some were on 10-20 pounds a 
grain per day when i picked them up. The easiest fix for the endless
pacing was to turn them out in pasture for 3 - 6 months with another horse
or a herd and leave them alone. After 6 months they were like
brand new. Now since I know a bit more about nutrition I would give them
homeopathics, especially probiotics and all the vitamins for stress and
reduction of free radicals. Just a thought.
