Magnetic boots

Hello y'all!
     New subject--has anyone had experience with using magnetic
boots to relieve pain in their horses' feet, i.e. from navicular?  My
vet has a client who claims her horse is sound and extremely com-
fortable as long as the boots are on, and there is a distinct difference

when they are removed.  I would like to get some input on brand
names and manufacturers and some feedback on how well they
work.  Apparently magnetic therapy has  been used for a while,
according to my 'net research, but personal experience is always
more helpful.  Please give me your views and stories!  Thanks!
