Hey guys,
Just talked to the subscription department. Please, when you put that
you're having trouble, save me a step and list your name and address that
you subscribed under, and hopefully when you subscribed. It helps us
trace down the problem. If you want to talk directly to the subscription
department, the number is: 615-799-9396 The following are the
explanations I received for your posts.

Angie

>Well, I sent in my subscription way back when Angie had the "ridecamp
>special" 2 yrs/$22, and I have yet to see one!
> tracy

Tracy, talked to the subscription department. You subscribed after the
Sept. Oct. issue was mailed, so you're supposed to begin with Nov. Dec.
However, they did tell you that the publisher would go ahead and mail out
the Sept./Oct. issue to those who'd subscribed within 30 days of mailing.
The publisher has not done that. She's planning to mail you one first
class and then your subscription should pick up with this issue. Please
let me know if it does not.

Angie

>I haven't received but 2 issues this year. I think there was a late
>spring or summer issue that never came. I called the gal in TN >and she
>said she would sent one out. That was back in Sept. Still hasn't
>come.
Thanks a bunch

On the computer it says that your subscription runs out in August. That
should mean that you've gotten the July/Aug & the Sept. Oct. issues. Is
that right, or did you have a 2 year subscription? If you did not have a
2 year subscription, 2 issues is what you should have gotten. I know it
seems like a long time between these bi-monthly issues. If you still
suspect a problem, let me know.

Angie

>I also tried to subscribe a few months back and gave my credit card
>number
>etc. but still haven't received a copy yet.
Annette in UK

Hi Annette, could you please give me your mailing address? The
subscription dept. looked and could find no "Annette" on the
international mailing list. If you're under that name, then please check
your receipts and see if you were ever billed and let me know. If not,
can we try again?

Linda,
I agree. I would pay double for TB! I took advantage of the special and
have received my subscription with no problem. I'm sorry to hear others
are
still having a problem.

Thanks, sometimes we really need to hear this!

is.
