It is unlikely your horse has navicular disease, at least the "incurable" kind
we all read about. Don't do a nerve block--that ruins the horse's
proprioception and sets her and you up for an unpleasant accident.

Your treatment approaches are fine, directed at "navicular". However, I would
soak the foot in epsom salts for a week, just to make sure you're not dealing
with something far more benign.
