Leg questions

Back from a TOUGH Sunland and have 2 questions -

1. My horse's left rear leg was warm to the touch all day Sun., up
until tonight. There was no swelling, tenderness or lameness. She had her
legs
wrapped with Icetight Sat. night up until Sun. afternoon. The other 3
legs were stone cold. I rewetted the leg Sun. night (to reactivate the
coldness
of the Icetight) and it was warm this morning. It's fine now. What was
up?

2. Her front, left leg is sore to the  palpation. There is no swelling,
it's cold and there
is no lameness. ??????
