Re: Voter ALERT re;horse legislation in Calif
Gimmie a break Maryben. You very well that ain't gonna happen to Virls
mule because you got'em. Nor to my ole sweetheart. But to change the
whole system because that could happen to a animal that someone doesn't
care about anyway come on! The alternative is not good given the other
consequences. Don't fall for that BS we are all being fed. Just like
the proposition on Electricity reduction #9 it reads like it will limit
our taxes. Fact is the real issue is the second line on the very ballot
that says "Limits recovery by electric companies for cost of non-nuclear
power plants". The limit that the power companies want to recover is
what it's all about. The power companies want this to pass so they can
pass on those limits because now they are being forced by the courts to
pay for their own dumb mistakes, not pass them on to the consumer! The
list goes on #5 is another inroad by the casinos to the money that the
people who need it the most will spend on gambling if it is passed.
4,5,6,9 all S/B NO"S!
Sorry to get going on this, however the whole process of politics has
gotten so screwed up in America that it is very frustrating! I mean
really look at the crap over "no hands" bridge and now they are trying
to open the rest of the WS trail to motor bikes and even considering the
handicapped access REALLY! Did you know that they are proposing to
build a bridge across the "Dark Hole of Calcutta" so the bikers can get
across without going down there in the water?
