If you want a southern term you need to hear how Nina Warren described
the great Morgan "Lane". If I recall, she said, "He hit the ground like
a Roto Tiller". Don't know if these are nation wide, but Western
Pleasure horses are "Dust Shufflers" and "Peanut Rollers", one more
description is that "They can trot in the shade of the same tree all
day". Park horses are "Peddling a bicycle". My visitor from Scotland's
favorite new term was "stump sucker" instead of "cribber".
