           I'm also new at this.  I have an excellent trainner/coach and I
also asked a question about a supplement (carboCharge) once and did not give
the full details of what I had done prior to this and got so many responses.
I did learn alot from gleaning thru the info. after I quit letting my feelings
get hurt.
