Trailering
Amy,
I've not done this sort of trailering and have an older two horse
thoroughbred height trailer with the open to half doors and sides. Wouldn't
there be some danger of when engaging the brakes in a sudden stop the horse
would go flying out the open half? I can't seem to get that picture out of
my head. jb

Yes this is my standard method of trailering-loose in the box with all the
partitions removed. My horse is very happy going places this way. I put
shavings down too so it's like she's in a big stall. So far, it appears that
she prefers to ride facing the back of the trailer.-Amy
