Are there more than these two?

What was it about McAllister's that made it the best?

I wasn't able to find the web page for McAllister's book.  Does
anybody know the URL for it?  If McAllister really is giving it
up, I would think that--given its reputation as the best--he would
be trying to sell it to somebody else to carry on, and I'm curious
about it.
