AERC bylaw changes

The proposed bylaw changes listed on page 46 of the October Endurance News
do not include the proposal that limited distance rides be re-defined as any
distance less than 50 miles.  I thought we were going to vote on this issue
this fall.  Sue Grahl's article on page 10 indicates that there will be a
membership vote on this.  What is the deal?
