Its on the endurnace home page --but many do not go there..

so here it is again

in equal parts--

aloe juice or gel
witch hazel
green alcohol-- has wintergreen methyl-sylicate haha spsp
BROWN mouth wash.. must be brown.. it want in the stuff..

can make a gal for about $10.. I pour it on after workouts at home and at
rides.. unless i percive I need more.. then I use the high price Chinese
stuff.. Stockin-Up.

many riders have commented how well this stuff works..
use with or with out wraps..
would be legal only after a ride.
