Has anyone had any dealings with them in the last few months? In spite of
having bought several saddles from them, they have stiffed us on a set of
booties which I ordered AND PAID FOR in October of LAST YEAR, 1996!!! I have
emailed and called and sent letetrs and no results. I now have to go back into
my files and pull the credit card it was charged on and ask them to reverse
the charges on OF. I am SO TERRIBLY ANGRY and disappointed in this company.
This is really low, given the price of their products. They have had my money
for 14 months and no booties. Does anyone have some information on what is
going on with them? I have another individual who can make booties in any
material I want for all my saddles and can actually work on the saddles so
that won't be a problem but geez! These donkeys still have our money! If
anyone ELSE needs booties I can tell you who can make them for you and CHEAPER
than OF.
