Best:

first off would be this list for some of the best equine advise anywhere!

my woolback seatpad, boy does it make that BigHorn so much more comfy!
My horse Blue, finally got smart and got a well broke horse who has a big heart
Vosal hackamore, just exactly the right amount of stop, I am finally able to
rate Blue
My BigHorn Saddle, I love it, no knee pain at all
Roger's Linament recipe, I added alum to the mix too for extra tightening
St Croix eventer shoes, made a world of difference to Blue
Corn Oil, cheaper then rice bran and keeps the weight on the same
Best advice: Never add speed and mileage on your horse on the same day!

Worst:

My SM neoprene girth, burns Blue's sensitive skin
Any cheap pad and I've bought tons!
polo wrap boots that you buy dirt cheap in the catalogs, they don't stay on
no matter what
Buying a horse blanket through a catalog and then just try to send it back
and see how much it costs you!
Worst Advice: Sure you'll be fine, being an experienced horse person, buying
your first arab as an unbroke 5 year old! All horses are trainable!:}
