Perhaps you saw the article in yesterday's Coloradoan that Mountain
States Horse Rescue was robbed of all their tack. (They give riding
lessons to underpriviledged children.) They need western and english
equipment. I plan to give them a western saddle, pad, bridle and
bits that I have and no longer use. (This QH stuff just doesn't work
on Paso Finos!) If you can help with anything, call me and I will
get it too them. Or call them directly - 970- 568-3485.
BTW, they also need a blanket for a 40 yr old Morgan mare they have.
School kids are currently raising money for this. If you happened to
have one you could do without (I am guessing about a 72), it would be
put to good use.
Thanks for your patiences with this Non-Endurance stuff, but I know
there are lots of MRER ridecampers.
