Just be very firm and demanding, but polite. A well written letter to
the owner of the dealer worked well for us when our transmission blew
right after the warranty. Because we had had transmission problems
before the expiration of the warranty, the trans was replaced at no cost
to us. The trans was replaced at 90K and now we have over 220K and never
had a problem since. Document every complaint on the service forms, this
is extremely important.
(We tow our endurance horse with this truck)-just to keep with the
