<< I've come to the point where I need to pad my endurance horse. We live in
a
rocky region at the base of a mountain range, so we do a lot of rocky hill
work. My question is do I pad him just up front, and if so why not pad him
all the way around? It dosen't make sense to me why we don't pad them
behind too. So all input is appreciated. >>

old one-- we use shocktamers pads.. beren using them for about 6 years.. when
i use reg shoes--st croix eventers-- and i am only doing endurance.. i use
them on all 4 when i lived up north and did alot of stone road work as well
as rocky rides.. i always ran pads on all 4.. had problems with stone bruises
in the hind until i padded.

when i do natrc.. cant use a fullpad.. i use rim pads.. does help with
concussion..
but no protection.
