I was reading last week's Ridecamps and someone asked a question about the
October ride in St. George, Utah. St. George is right on our Southern
border with Nevada, about 90 miles north of Las Vegas. It is beautiful Red
Rock Desert Country where a lot of the old John Wayne movies where made. I
am not familiar with Damerron Valley itself but the Southeastern Utah
Endurance Riders are very well organized and Lonnie's Sunshine Run last
January in the same area was a lot of fun. Call her for information on the
ride itself--she is very helpful.
