Sorry folks, I also meant to mention that here in OCER country, all of the
top ten horse stand for BC unless the rider doesn't want to. There is
nothing to do with weight or time other than he or she who came in in the
11th spot doesn't get to stand for BC. OCER folks jump on me if I'm
wrong! How do other Regions do BC? I guess I'm simple and thought
everyone did it the same as us here in the Central part of the Country.
