Just to add a little bit of info to the melting pot.
I ride a 16.2 H, DARK bay, TB mare. Needs lots of
water to cool,(I think this is a color,not size issue),
but comes down in less than 5 minutes. She's
TALL, not BIG. Doesn't have a problem with narrow,
curvy trails. In a race to the finish, that extra 4-8 inches
of leg really helps!! Power to the tall ones.
