The IAHA Sweepstakes program is run as part of their Regional [they
have 18] and National rides. There are separate competitions for both
Endurance and Competitive Trail. In order to participate in the IAHA
rides you need to:
1. Ride a registered Arab or Half-Arab/Anglo-Arab horse that is owned
by an IAHA member
2. Rider must be a member of IAHA
3. Horse must be qualified to participate in ride, there are specific
Regional and National mileage qualifications.

If the horse is entered in the Sweepstakes program they are also
eligible for Sweepstakes payout/awards beyond those given as part of
the standard Regional or National awards.

I hope to have a complete schedule of rides for 1998 at convention this
year. Stop by the IAHA booth they will be in Lexington.
