but I can't reach her personally for whatever reason,

I read your request for the name of the Oakland Hill Photographer on the
Endurance Net and found it at home:

They sent me the "proof" of my picture ( it was my first official 25
mile-ride and my official start into the endurance-scene after years and
years of dressage) a few days ago and by this time you might have yours, too.
