I tried to let this go but I can't stand it anymore...

It's Kryo Kinetics. K-R-Y-O. As in "cryogenic" spelled with a K.

They will do either freeze marking or freeze branding.
The marking is the arcane symbols you typically see on necks.
Branding is just like cowboy-style, only done with cold
instead of heat; I think you have to have a registered brand
to do this.
