Does this stuff work?
Last year my horse was injected with HA in his hocks. Amazing improvement.
Kept him on Chondroitin (sp?) Sulfate (UltraFlex). People ask me if this
stuff works? I don't know. He did 165 miles at Timberon, no problem.
Since then, I've been gone..everywhere..no CS for Bo for several weeks.
Rode him this morning....bummer! Slipping in the rear again! Looks like
the stuff DOES work, but I don't know if starting him up on it again will
do the trick. I've always thought of it as sort of a maintenence, not
cure. So...I am doubling the CS and back to vit E-Se, and vit C and see.
I will let yall know in two weeks if he's improved. I sure hope I don't
have to do the shots again. They are VERY expensive!
