Hi,
I haven't ridden horses in that area, but I've run the trails and
ridden mountain bikes in north central WV. The Monagahela [sp?]
National Forest has miles and miles of trails with easy access;
I've gone in near Davis WV. You could try calling the Park office
there or the dept of tourism which I think is "800-call wva".
