To really delurk this morning I wondered if anyone had some input on
this: When I did my look at all 4 legs check yesterday, my just 2 yo
who is obviously still a field potato and hasn't even been out for a
pony off the old timer in 4 months had popped a splint on her RF. It is
warm and a little sensitive but she is not lame on it. What besides
work could cause this? Her feet were trimmed 2 weeks ago. Which brings
me to another thought. I guess the NJ-PA area where I live is the worst
$20-30 for a trim and they want to do multiple horses and at 6-8 weeks.
Most charge a premimum if you have only one horse. Not a problem at my
house.
